We accept standard washable household textiles and garments. We may decline heavily soiled, damaged, or unsafe items. Specialist fabrics requiring dry cleaning are referred to an appropriate provider when possible.
4. Handling and Care
Each item is treated with reasonable skill and care. Natural wear or fading may occur, especially in older fabrics. We do not apply industrial chemicals and use moderate temperatures unless otherwise agreed.
5. Pricing and Payment

6. Cancellations
Cancellations made before a scheduled pick-up incur no charge. If our team has already arrived or travelled, a modest callout fee may apply to cover transport costs.
